  • Why we collect it
    To run Primalist (accounts, courses, payments), improve our content, send you emails you asked for, and occasionally show you relevant ads.

  • Payments
    Payments are processed by Stripe (and options like Apple Pay). We never see or store your full card details.

  • Emails
    If you join our list or buy something, we’ll email you with updates, content, and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime with one click.

  • Tracking & ads
    We use cookies and pixels (Google, Meta, Hotjar, etc.) to understand how the site is used and to run/measure ads. You can control cookies and ad settings in your browser and on each platform.

  • Sensitive info
    Please don’t send us detailed medical, mental health, or other highly sensitive information. If you do share something personal, we’ll keep it private and you can ask us to delete it.

  • Sharing
    We share data only with trusted providers who help us run Primalist (hosting, payments, email, analytics, ads).
    We do not sell your personal data.

Welcome to Primalist (the “Site”), operated by Maxselle Media Inc. (“Primalist”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

    • This can include your goals, challenges, what you’re struggling with, and other personal context you choose to share.

We use Mailchimp to manage mailing lists and email campaigns. Mailchimp records things like:

  • Some service providers (e.g., Stripe, Mailchimp, Google, Meta, Hotjar) may store and process data in various countries, including the United States and elsewhere.

By using our Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. We take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers and protect your data.


9. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

  • Payment data (via Stripe)
    Kept as required for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention.

  • Contact form submissions and support emails
    Kept as long as needed to support you and for a reasonable period afterwards.

  • Analytics and tracking data
    Kept according to the retention settings of each tool (e.g., Google Analytics). Much of this data is used in aggregated or anonymized form.

12. Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13.

If we become aware that we have information about a child under 13, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.
